South Tower, 80 Collins Street
Built along the corner of Collins and Exhibition Street, the South Tower will offer the newest premium office space located in Melbourne’s prestigious East End.
With its faceted façade and exceptional design, this 38 level development is set to be a new landmark in the city’s skyline and home to Melbourne’s most prestigious businesses including Macquarie Bank, McKinsey and DLA Piper.
The $800 million redevelopment was designed by Woods Bagot and is targeting a 5-star NABERS energy rating and a 6-star Green Star rating.
Within the office space, custom Corian® vanity units have been installed for each of the male and female amenities on each floor.
What makes these vanity units so unique is that they are made entirely of Corian® – basin, benchtop and surrounds. The structural integrity of the vanity units has meant no additional joinery work required.
Corian® matched the design brief and also allowed the flexibility to be modified further to meet the client’s needs.
