Brighton Home
John Rutten of Du Jour Living was entrusted with a complete renovation of an Art Deco home in Brighton East, Victoria. The clients wanted to renovate their home, ready to sell.
When renovating for profit, careful consideration needs to be taken for budget and return on investment. John expertly advised the clients on finishes throughout the home that would appeal to their ideal buyer including a classic matte white kitchen that is low maintenance and ideal for a family.
Corian® was chosen for its durability – not only is Corian® low maintenance but Corian® will never permanently stain. Corian® Solid Surface can be joined seamlessly providing not only a completely homogeneous surface that is hygienic but also complete design flexibility. There is no need to worry about join position or benchtop spans. Corian® can wrap around corners, support posts and can create the most luxurious long islands.
In the bathroom, John used Corian® for the vanity benchtop and integrated basin. Within wet areas, Corian® is an ideal solution as bacteria, viruses and mould can not harbour in the material.
