White Fox Boutique – Global HQ

The Brief

PMG was engaged to deliver an integrated design and build project for White Fox’s new global headquarters — a 13,000m² transformation of an under-utilised existing asset into a high-performing workplace aligned to the brand’s core strategy: attracting, retaining and enabling top creative talent within a fast-paced, digitally native fashion business.

The challenge was to translate White Fox’s identity — defined by speed, relevance and digital engagement — into a physical environment that functions as a strategic business tool. The result is a headquarters that goes far beyond conventional office typology, incorporating lounge areas, multiple dining and breakout spaces, a coffee bar, games zones, gym, sauna, end-of-trip facilities, a tennis and basketball court, podcast room, photoshoot studios, an influencer showroom and a series of purpose-designed ‘Instagrammable’ meeting rooms. In a competitive, youth-driven talent market, the quality of the workplace experience directly influences employee engagement and retention.

Material Specification

Corian® Solid Surface was selected across multiple applications throughout the headquarters, including the reception desk, bar, concierge desk, showroom display and bathroom vanities. Colours specified: Bisque and Witchhazel.

The design concept was driven by a fluid, organic language drawn from the characteristics of draping fabric — requiring a material capable of expressing curvature at varying scales. Corian® was the definitive solution: its thermoformability allowed the design team to realise folded, curved and seamless forms that rigid materials could not achieve. Corian® was shaped and joined to follow these curved forms, flowing across each surface with careful attention to how each join was detailed and finished. Durability was equally decisive, particularly for the events bar and bathroom environments where long-term performance under heavy use was a specification requirement.

Design Outcome

The result is a headquarters that feels as considered in its materiality as it does in its amenity. In the words of Anika Meza, Head of People & Culture at White Fox: “One of the best things about the space is that it genuinely brings people together. I love seeing people coming in earlier to have breakfast or do a pilates class together in the mornings. There is a constant energy throughout the building from the gym and sauna to the basketball court and breakout spaces. It’s become much more than just an office; it’s a place people genuinely enjoy being in.”

Why Corian® Works for Similar Projects

This project demonstrates what Corian® Solid Surface can do when it moves beyond surface finish — becoming the primary feature element that defines the character of a space. For specifiers working on commercial fitouts, hospitality-adjacent workplaces or brand-led environments where design intent cannot be compromised in fabrication, Corian® offers a material pathway that rigid surface materials cannot replicate.

Thermoformability makes complex curves achievable at scale. Seamless joining eliminates the visual interruptions that undermine organic design languages. And the material’s proven durability in high-traffic hospitality environments — bars, vanities, reception counters — ensures that the design investment performs over the life of the asset.

The Corian® Design Awards celebrate projects that push the boundaries of what solid surface can do. If you’re working on a project where Corian® is doing something exceptional, we’d love to see it. Enter at casf.com.au/corian-design-awards/
