Situated on a sand dune overlooking Bate Bay, Audrey Residence is a stunning addition to Cronulla’s iconic oceanfront. It offers luxurious, relaxed living and sets a new benchmark in high-end beachside residences with generous floor plans and exquisite finishes. Each of the three townhouses, designed for single-level living, features a curvilinear form that maximises natural light and ocean views. The development includes a secure basement garage with ample storage, and spacious living areas surrounded by floor-to-ceiling curved glass. Corian® was chosen for the kitchens throughout Audrey Residence due to its exceptional durability and versatility. Corian® offers the perfect blend of aesthetic appeal and functionality, ideal for a high-calibre project like this. Its non-porous surface is easy to maintain, and its seamless integration creates sleek, modern designs that align with the residence’s coastal palette. The customisable nature of Corian® allowed for unique sculptural elements such a fluting, enhancing the project’s distinctiveness. The freestanding island benches, for example, not only simplified installation but also provided architectural flexibility. This design choice contributed to smoother construction, requiring minimal involvement from additional trades.

One of the standout features of the Audrey Residence kitchens is the Corian® fluted island bench. Its smooth, luminous surface reflects natural light, brightening the space while harmonising with the ocean views.
