The Corian® Design Awards celebrate Australia’s most innovative, creative, and sustainable use of Corian® Solid Surface, showcasing groundbreaking designs in residential and commercial spaces. As part of this prestigious award, you could win the ultimate design experience: a trip to the home of Corian® and visit the (DuPont) Corian® Plant in Buffalo, New York. How It Works
Entries for Edition 1 of the Corian® Design Awards 2025 Are Now Open!
Eligible participants include Specifiers, Architects/Designers, and Students. Partners, such as shop fitters and Corian® Fabricators, may also submit entries on behalf of Designers.
The competition features two categories:
- Residential
- Commercial.
A minimum of four projects from each category will be shortlisted as finalists after each edition.
Edition 1 closes 31 May 2025 and Edition 2 closes 31st October 2025.
An independent judging panel, curated by CASF, will select the overall winner in each category. Winners will be announced in November 2025.
The prestigious Major Prize for the winners is an exclusive trip to Buffalo, New York, including a visit to the (Dupont) Corian® Plant. This prize covers return economy airfares from any Australian capital city, twin-share accommodation, and daily breakfast.
Submitting your entry is simple. Participants need to:
- Complete the entry form and share details about their project.
- Upload high-resolution images (300dpi) showcasing their design.
By submitting an entry, participants confirm they have obtained all necessary permissions from clients, copyright holders, and collaborators, allowing CASF Australia and its partners to publish the project on their website and in promotional materials.

The History
Since its launch in 1967, Corian® has embodied an innovating spirit of ongoing progress and evolution. A solid surface material like no other, Corian® has become emblematic of the capability of design and technology to truly transform projects, bringing ideas to life and forging ahead on pathways previously thought impossible.
Over the years, it has become a staple of Australian commercial and residential design that is regularly used in kitchens, bathrooms, sinks and basins, reception counters, wall cladding and outdoor environments. Unmatched in versatility, ease of installation and maintenance, Corian® has seen successful application in everything from apartments, office, health and aged care facilities to hospitality and retail environments.
In 2006, in line with this fearless, pioneering spirit, CASF launched the Corian® Design Awards, which have been held annually ever since. Celebrating the ingenuity and astounding, vibrant creativity with which the Australian design industry is currently abounding, the Awards recognise local designers who have made remarkable and innovative use of Corian® in their design practice.
In previous years, the Awards have rewarded cutting edge design and forward thinking in projects across all commercial and residential subsectors. From hospitals and offices to airports and high-end apartments, past judging panels have looked beyond project types to identify bold, divergent thinking, dexterous material use, and impeccable craftsmanship.
