We have utilised the smooth seamless joining technology to produce these new birthing pools made from Corian®. Being a solid, non-porous surface, Corian® allows for easier cleaning and disinfecting to help reduce cross-contamination risks that can lead to the spread of hospital acquired infections. Corian® can be repeatedly washed and disinfected with no deterioration of the surface.
Water in a Corian® birthing pool retains it’s warmth for longer due to the unique composition of the material.
